JESSICA SIMPSON PERFUME HISTORY
Jessica Simpson was born on July 10, 1980, in Abilene, Texas. As a recording artist, Jessica’s accomplishments include seven Billboard Top 40 hits, three gold records and two records that have been certified multi-platinum by the RIAA. A talented singer, Jessica’s style has changed throughout her career, from her earliest days of singing gospel through her evolution to contemporary pop songs and her most recent shift to country. In 2006, she starred in the hit comedy movie, The Dukes of Hazard. Jessica also had a hit song on the soundtrack, “These Boots are Made for Walkin,” for which she received the People’s Choice Award for Best Song from a Movie.
In October of 2009, Jessica Simpson launched her own line of handbags, shoes and boots on the home shopping network, QVC. While her debut went off a little shaky, the singer rebounded and now has a complete line of accessories available, including hair and perfume products, which she co-designs with stylist, Ken Paves. Simpson’s most recent endeavors include the launching of her own eponymous collection of lingerie, called Jessica Simpson Intimates.
